OneTouch^® Subscribe + Coach

The OneTouch^® Subscribe + Coach service is powered by the OneTouch Reveal™ app.

1. Current OneTouch Reveal™ app users can access the OneTouch^® Store on their app home screen or through the menu navigation under settings.
2. If you are not a current user of the OneTouch Reveal™ app, you must first download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Once you have created an account, you can access the OneTouch^® Store on your app home screen or through the menu navigation under settings.

OneTouch^® Subscribe, OneTouch^® Subscribe + Coach and/or OneTouch^® Coach subscriptions require an initial 3 month commitment. Your credit card will be billed monthly during that time. After that, your subscription will be auto-billed monthly until you modify or cancel.

You can cancel your subscription any time by visiting “My Account” from the menu navigation under settings or by directly visiting the OneTouch^® Store from the home screen.

1. If you cancel during your initial 3-month commitment, you will still be charged monthly and your subscription will still ship during that commitment. After 3 months, your subscription will be canceled.
2. To cancel your auto-renew monthly subscription, you must cancel before your card on file is charged for your monthly shipment. Your credit card will be billed monthly on or around the same calendar day each month. Example: if you purchased your subscription on the 31st of a month, you will be billed on the last day of the month for each monthly autorenewal.

We do not offer modification of test strip volume or shipping frequency at this time. If you require additional quantities of any products, we offer them for separate stand-alone purchase in the OneTouch^® Store.

Yes, you can select the OneTouch^® Coach subscription from the product menu for $24.99/month.

No, there’s no need to visit a doctor for a prescription. Our OneTouch^® subscriptions offer the convenience of supply delivery direct to your home.

No, OneTouch^® Store cannot process insurance benefits, however our products and services could be covered by your HSA or FSA. Check with your provider to understand your HSA/FSA restrictions.

No, the OneTouch^® Subscribe service only offers our newest OneTouch Verio^® test strips which work Bluetooth^®-enabled OneTouch Verio Flex^® and OneTouch Verio Reflect^® meters which seamlessly sync readings with the OneTouch Reveal™ app.

Unfortunately, you cannot change your payment date at this time.

You can order boxes of 30 ct OneTouch Verio^® test strips on the OneTouch^® Store.

After you purchase one of our coaching subscriptions, you’ll see a text chat prompt on your OneTouch Reveal™ home screen. You can access the chat function either from the app home screen (chat icon) or through the app menu.

You can reach out to a Certified diabetes educator through the OneTouch Reveal™ app anytime. Ask any questions you have about your diabetes and your coach will provide guidance based on your information in the OneTouch Reveal™ app. Within 1-2 business days, your coach will reply with some feedback and ideas about your questions or problem areas. Please note: The Coach service is responsive only, meaning coaches do not look into your data unless you reach out to them. Your privacy is our top priority, and we want to maintain that even though your data is available to the Coaches when you enroll.
